George Gritzalas
George Gritzalas has spent nearly two decades at the intersection of digital strategy, content, and brand growth. He is Co-Founder and Chief Growth Officer at ADVENGERS, a three-time Social Media Agency of the Year, where he leads brand strategy and client growth across some of Greece's most demanding marketing briefs.
His career began in blogging and social media consulting, contributing to the early formation of the Greek digital marketing industry. Since then, he has co-founded four successful businesses across content marketing, consulting, and media.
George holds a BSc in Business Administration and an MSc in Marketing & Communication from Athens University of Economics and Business, where he is also a guest lecturer in Marketing with AI. He consults with brands and startups on digital growth strategy, and regularly trains marketing teams across the industry.
He publishes "Last Month I Learned," a monthly LinkedIn newsletter curating signal-over-noise insights in Marketing, Tech, and Innovation.
At ADVENGERS, the work is built on a simple conviction: strategy without execution is theory, and execution without strategy is noise. The agency exists in the space between the two.
